Zeren Group Turns Sports into Social Good by Supporting Children’s One-Year Education
Zeren Sports Club, operating with the support of Zeren Group, has contributed to the one-year education of 70 children through the sale of special team-signed jerseys in collaboration with the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV). Zeren Group aims to continue its social responsibility projects that support both sports and education in the upcoming period.
Undertaking projects across education, sports, arts, and the environment, Zeren Group places social benefit at the center of its corporate vision. Zeren Sports Club, which operates with the support of Zeren Group, launched the sale of 100 team-signed jerseys prepared for the benefit of TEGV. Each jersey was offered for TRY 1,999 and all were sold out. The proceeds will cover the one-year educational needs of 70 children.
Zeren Group Board Member Seda Zeren Adıgüzel made the following remarks regarding the project:
“While contributing to the Turkish economy through our production activities in many sectors, we also consider supporting education and sports among our primary responsibilities. As we invest in the future of children, we also aim to transform the unifying power of sports into social good. In this context, this year we put 100 team-signed jerseys on sale for the benefit of TEGV. With the valuable support of our fans, the jerseys were sold out in a short time; we sincerely thank them all. Once again, we have seen that volleyball, which has gained significant momentum in our country, is one of the strongest examples of both inspiring our youth and multiplying social benefit.”

Adıgüzel also stated that last year Zeren Sports Club hosted the Ahmet Göksu Special Volleyball Tournament:
“With the participation of Vodafone Sultanlar League teams, we donated to the Foundation for Children with Leukemia (LÖSEV) on behalf of the tournament champion. This year, we plan not only to organize the tournament again but also to take it to an international level and establish it as a tradition. In this year’s tournament as well, we will make a donation on behalf of the winning team to an organization that generates social benefit. Through the tournament, while offering Ankara’s audience the chance to watch our volleyball players who achieve great success around the world and inspire our youth, we also aim to continue supporting our children and young people.”
